LCCorner Office is a network for executive women to be heard and reach their full potential. Our energy is focused on making meaningful connections within our community to increase the number of women in business leadership positions. We lift each other up through deep and personal conversations unearthing our biggest challenges and triumphs as well as our loneliest and most powerful hours.
Having broken through barriers in the banking industry, Gail Letts and her team are passionate about helping women excel in business and seeing more women in the C-Suite and serve on boards. LETTS CONSULT holds events, programs, webinars and conferences designed to provide information, education and resources that bring women together for support through meaningful professional relationships.

Job Transition Coaching
- Salary Negotiation: We provide coaching on how to effectively negotiate salary for the most positive result, based on research of compensation for similar roles with similar experience.
- Editorial Services: We review current resumés and provide input and advice to make improvements to stand out from the crowd.
- Resume Development: We work with clients to create a resumé tailored to a specific job or industry, aligning skills and experience with the requirements for the position.
- Interview Coaching Services: We provide interview coaching to prepare clients with the confidence and executive presence to make the right impression.
Leadership Development
Advancement Accelerator
A 6 month long program where participants meet monthly for 2 hour sessions. We begin with an individual interview with each participant to learn more about them, their goals and challenges, and conclude with an individual post-interview as a final debrief. This program can be offered virtually or in person to groups of 6 - 8 participants.
LETTS Talk Leadership Roundtable
One-hour interactive group coaching sessions focused on leadership skills essential for success. Led by Gail Letts and Executive Coach Karen Conrad, discussions involve topics such as Executive Presence, Relationship Building, Polarity Thinking, Dealing with Conflict and Office Politics, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Vision, Innovation and Creativity.
LETTS CONNECT Events
Executive Women's Conference
An annual gathering of executive level women bringing together executive level women from multiple geographic locations to expand networks and discuss topics of interest.
LETTS Talk Dinners
Intimate dinners for approximately 15 executive level women where relationships are built and connections are made. Dinners are currently being held in the Richmond, VaBeach/Norfolk, Peninsula and Northern Virginia markets.
