Your next chapter starts with what you already bring to the table. Whether you are preparing to return to the workforce after time away or considering a new career direction, NEXT is a six-session, interactive program designed to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through guided reflection, practical exercises, career-development resources, and meaningful connections with other women, you will identify your strengths and transferable skills, explore new possibilities, define your professional value, reconnect with your network, and develop a focused strategy for pursuing opportunities. You will leave with more than inspiration: you will have a personalized NEXT Chapter Plan, a stronger understanding of what you bring to the table, and concrete steps to help you turn your professional goals into action. Your next chapter does not require you to start over. It begins with recognizing the value of what you already bring—and deciding what comes next.
Whether you are preparing to return to the workforce after time away or considering a new career direction, NEXT is a six-session, interactive program designed to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
