Program Overview
AspiHER is a small-group leadership experience designed to support women who want to continue advancing professionally without burning out or losing themselves in the process. The program provides practical tools, space for reflection, and meaningful peer connection to support sustainable success.
The program is facilitated by Jaime Waterfield, a We Are the Women® certified feminine leadership coach and facilitator, in partnership with LETTS CONSULT.
Program Structure
Participants agree to take part in:
- Six (6) facilitated virtual sessions.
- A small cohort of 4-6 women for meaningful dialogue and engagement.
- A learning experience where each session builds on the previous one to create continuity and momentum.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy
AspiHER is designed as a cohort-based experience. Your consistent participation is essential to your growth and to the experience of the group.
- Participants are expected to attend all six sessions.
- Each participant is permitted one (1) make-up session if they must miss a session.
- If a session is missed, the participant agrees to:
- Review all shared materials and recordings (if provided)
- Complete any assigned reflection or homework before the next scheduled session
- Additional absences beyond one may result in the participant being unable to complete the program, without refund.
Jaime Waterfield will coordinate make-up sessions when applicable.
Program Fee & Payment
To reserve your spot, please select one of the following payment options at registration:
Option 1: Pay in Full
- $875 due at the time of registration
Option 2: Two Installments (total: $895)
- 1st payment: $447.50 due at the time of registration
- 2nd payment: $447.50 due October 15th (invoice will be sent on October 1st)
If you would like to select Option 2, please send an email to in**@***********lt.com. LETTS CONSULT will send you an invoice for the 1st payment and 2nd payment. The 2nd Payment will be invoiced on October 1st with a due date of October 15th.
Once payment is made, we will send you an AspiHER Participant Agreement to complete and return. Space is limited to maintain the small-group experience, and registration will be confirmed once your first payment is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because AspiHER is a small-cohort program with limited seats:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the first session are non-refundable, but the participant may transfer their spot to another eligible individual with approval from LETTS CONSULT.
- No refunds are provided once the program begins.
