Since the pandemic was declared in March, 2020, women have picked up significantly more responsibilities at home, juggling childcare, school challenges and care of elderly parents. However, on a consistent basic, we see “women of inspiration.” Women who have had challenges throughout their entire life, learned from them and found a way to succeed with poise and grace.

Following a career in dance and then as an international executive, Lauri is Founder of In the Dash, an organization that advises visual and performing artists and institutions, committed to social change and empowerment and Beyond the Ball, which provides counsel to professional athletes repositioning their skills to alternative careers.
